What inspired me to start it was: For most of my early 30s, I was dragging with low energy, irritated skin, brain fog and a bloated tummy. I didn’t look or feel like myself and managing my stress had become challenging. When I first started having issues with my skin, I wasted a lot of time experimenting with different products, supplements and medication that only did half the job. The changes didn’t happen until I focused on what I was eating and how I was living. It wasn't long before I had more energy and better focus, my skin looked healthier and my eyes were clearer. That’s what started me on a journey of self-exploration and self-love and led me to devote myself to teaching others how to get glowing skin and live a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Working with me one-on-one is perfect for you if you’ve been feeling off lately or you’re not clear on what to do next, whether it’s with your skin, health, work or personal life. I’ll help you get super clear on what you want, where to start and how to get sustainable, long-lasting results.

We all want to know where we’re headed and how to get there—sometimes you just need someone who can meet you where you are to help you connect the dots and get you motivated and excited about taking the steps needed to move forward.

What makes it special is: Helping clients get clarity of purpose, potential and intention is really my jam. When my clients are guided to make intentional, healthy decisions, it not only creates more freedom in all areas of their lives, but they naturally embody more of the version of the person they want to be without all the struggle and resistance.

One thing you can’t miss is: The research is only growing. What you eat not only affects the way you look, but the way you feel. Your gut is the gateway to health—it’s where 80% of your immune system lives and 95% of your serotonin is produced (as in your “feel good” hormone), so it’s crucial to maintain a balanced microbiome. If you want to boost your mood (and your skin) and heal symptoms of fatigue, anxiety and mood disorders, start by cleaning up your plate and loading up on gut-friendly foods. But if you find yourself overindulging once in a while, don’t stress! Enjoy it and move forward. I’m a big fan of living a guilt-free life. Everything in moderation is the best way to go.

My favorite secret detail is: When I work with clients, every single detail is personalized, from the plan I create and the recipes I give to the books I recommend. The one thing that always surprises people is how I’m still accessible after my time working with a client comes to an end. I think it’s important to be supportive and keep those connections open.

For me, addressing mental health in this difficult time is so important because: It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, exhausted and helpless with so much out of our control, so it’s important to incorporate small ways to support and prioritize yourself, like carving out more “you time,” being kinder to yourself and staying adaptable and responsive to things that happen throughout the day. This will allow you to cultivate more calm, inner strength and resiliency, which we all need a bit more of these days.

One tool that has really helped my mental strength in this time is: I’ve prioritized sleep, no matter what. There’s mountains of research on how lack of sleep affects your health, memory, sex life and happiness. And with the pandemic, I’ve had to double down. At night, I start winding down earlier, avoid screen time at least an hour before bed and keep my room cool. During the day, I get outside for a dose of vitamin D to help me fall asleep faster and deeper at night. When I get restorative rest, it’s easier to handle things without having to pay a heavy price in terms of my health and mental well-being.
