I'm here to talk about: My Body Love Course, which focuses on intuitive nourishment. The course aims to break down blocks we have put up when it comes to deciphering signals of physical hunger and signals of emotional hunger. I hope this course reignites our intuitive ability to nourish ourselves, inside and out.

What inspired me to start focusing on self-love was: My own healing journey! I think at some point during childhood, we are detoured away from self-love. It’s our goal and journey to bring ourselves back to the intuitive knowledge that we are whole and loved. 

What makes my approach special is: Nothing makes it special! To think anything is “special” is in itself is a detour away from love and into fear. I believe that we are all entitled to self-love and whatever modality gets you there is equally perfect and divine, as long as it feels true and comfortable to you. 

An act of self-love might be: Breathing into your fear and anxiety and breathing it out for five breaths every morning. Then breathing in love and support and breathing out for five breaths. Also, asking for help. 

One thing you can’t miss is: I have a free IGTV series that breaks down the course that includes guided meditations. 

Your body will thank you because: This course finally gives us a break— a chance to say yes. We’ve been guided to say no and to fear our cravings and bodies for so long, we no longer interpret true hunger when it arrives. Hopefully, this course will undo the fear of hunger we’ve learned and help us tap back into our bodies’ and our souls’ needs. 

My own favorite personal short ritual for self-love is: That breathing exercise every morning.
