My name is: Jenn Tardif.
I’m known as: The founder of 3rd Ritual.
My expertise is in: Mindfulness, aromatherapy and yoga.
For me, the “Divine Feminine” is: Female friendships, maternal instincts and the moon.
I stay physically healthy with: Sky Ting TV.
I keep my emotions balanced with: Daily breathwork and/or meditation.
I’m intellectually stimulated by: 3rd Ritual! The On Being podcast and I’m Still Here by Austin Channing Brown.
I was recently transformed by:
Real—a comprehensive therapy platform where you join topic-specific pathways like WOC (Women of color), undoing your upbringing or exploring sexuality and gain access to an incredible team of therapists, a supportive community and high-quality resources. There’s no shortage of fitness apps, but now there’s (finally) a dedicated space to exercise our minds. Amid an undeniably challenging year, I can't recommend Real enough for anyone looking to improve their mental well-being.
In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is:
Family dinner. Pre-quarantine, my partner and I struggled to make it to our daughter's daycare before the 5:30pm cutoff for pickup, but, now that we're both working from home, we eat dinner together every night. We make a point of not looking at our phones and instead talk about our days and giving thanks. It makes a big difference in my ability to operate from an abundant mindset and stay grounded in the present.
It helps me live my process because:
Lately, my process-centric mantra has been "things that matter take time.” And, the more that I can mediate the past and the future by cultivating anchors to the present, the more I can continue to evolve as a human, creative, student, mother, wife.
