I stay physically healthy with: Yoga every morning. I like to start my day off with some kind of exercise. It makes me feel energized, healthy and productive.
I keep my emotions balanced with: Letting myself feel when I need to, cry when I need to, giving myself time to think before I react and giving myself me-time. Self-care is not selfish!
I’m intellectually stimulated by: Founder/brand-building podcasts and documentaries. (How I Built This is my favorite.) I’m so inspired by learning from the successes (and failures) of the world’s most successful
entrepreneurs and innovators.
I was recently transformed by: A road trip my fiancé and I took out West. We spent three weeks in a van, exploring the national parks and traveling all over. It was such a transformative experience for me, time to
disconnect from the everyday chaos, reconnect with nature and reconnect with myself.
In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is: Having a moment to myself before bed, putting my phone down and disconnecting. Running two companies, I am working all the time and even a small respite is so vital to reset at the end of the day.
