My name is: Shauna Faulisi.

I’m known for being: A holistic nutritionist and celebrity wellness chef; and founder of Soul Wellness Method—a movement and monthly event series.

I'm sharing: A private 30-minute meal prep mastery session! It includes an evaluation and integration of lifestyle, current nutritional needs, sensitivities, allergies, recipes and a walk-thru of best practices for meal prepping.

What inspired me to develop it was: I realized fairly quickly in my coaching practice that many of my clients don’t feel comfortable in the kitchen. And cooking for ourselves is one of the most powerful things we can do to ground and show ourselves that we matter. Plus, all the benefits of eating clean food elevates our day-to-day experience to insurmountable levels. So, I wanted to make this accessible to people. I owned a private meal delivery service for celebrities and cooked 150 meals a week, so I really streamlined the meal prepping process and it brings me so much happiness to empower people in the kitchen!

What makes it special is: When clients start to feel confident and proud of what they created, they are so happy!! They then start to cook for others and create more community in their lives that brings in more happiness and special moments—it’s really the gift that keeps on giving.
