I was recently transformed by: Travel to Bali and then Hawaii. These places transformed me physically (we walked around them a lot) and spiritually. They are my favorite places in the world to connect with nature and I feel happier when I’m there. (Hawaii is my dream place to live forever.)
In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is: My morning skincare ritual helps me to start a new day and, in the evening, I use facial massage to relax my mind.
Here’s how you can do it too:
Here’s my evening ritual:
1. I wash my face a foaming cleansing.
2. I use a steam to open the pores.
3. I clean the pores with a scrub and than I apply a mask.
4. I moisturize the skin with a face cream and serum and, with a jade roller or even my hands, I massage my skin.
It helps me live my process because: I feel good about taking care of my body.
