How To: Rose Apple Cider

This Rose Apple Cider is a beautiful, seasonal addition to any winter festivities:

Ingredients (makes four cups):

1 quart apple juice

2 tsp ground cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks

1 tsp cardamom

1/4 cup dried organic rose petals

Method:

1. In a medium pot, bring apple juice to a simmer over medium high heat.

2. Add cinnamon and cardamom and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Add rose petals and let steep for 4-6 minutes.

4. Serve hot or chilled.
