I’m CEO of Gabriella’s Kitchen, the Canadian company that makes skinnypasta, offering a line of low-carbohydrate, low-calorie and high-protein pastas, several of which are gluten-free. Essentially, skinnypasta is as an all around healthier alternative to traditional pasta! We are launching our healthy and delicious kid’s meals and sauces in the fall and early part of 2017. All of our products are made with high-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients and contain no GMOs, additives or preservatives. Our purpose is simple: we want to transform the way the world eats by offering food with no compromises!

I love our meals because I can come home after a busy day or a hard workout, pull one out of the freezer and be a eating clean, nutritious meal in minutes. Also—and this is important to me—it’s delicious. (Did I mention that I’m Italian?) The pastas cook in two minutes or less, even from frozen, and can be tossed with a simple tomato sauce or olive oil and herbs.
