I love baking! There are a few recipes friends or family members have given me that I have been making for years and know by heart; there’s something almost meditative about it. You always end up with something delicious to eat and share. I’m constantly looking to add in minimally-processed, nutrient-dense ingredients and have started baking with a lot of sprouted flours because of the depth of flavor and nutritional profile.
That’s why I’m so excited about our newest launch: sprouted flours! I love the sprouted brown rice flour as a great gluten free alternative in my favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and Saturday morning pancakes. It’s definitely one of the easiest swaps you can make if you’re trying to healthify any of your go-to recipes, and it’s really reasonably priced compared to other GF flour options.
