My name is: Rose Theodora.
I'm known as: An astrologer.
My expertise is in: Colorastrology and planetary alchemy.
I stay physically healthy with: Intuitive eating, daily exercise (for me, that's Kundalini yoga and the gym a few times per week), deep breathing and meditation, as much as I can.
I keep my emotions balanced with: Eating small meals throughout the day, meditation, my celestite crystal, Cilk Rosewater, plenty of sleep, a shower or bath just before bed, followed by a self-massage with essential oils.
I'm intellectually stimulated by: Researching ancient astrology techniques daily, the Dentalks Podcast, Chef's Table—I'm obsessed with each chef's connection to food and their story.
I was recently transformed by: In the place I’d least expect it—busy London. I stumbled upon a crystal shop and had synchronicity after synchronicity—from music to people to realizations. I even had the thought, “Wow. Sometimes, if you go in search of something, you'll never find it. It’s when you are entirely open that you find just what you need.” In other words, what we think we need isn’t always it. I was reminded that in being present and noticing the subtle hints that life gives you, I was right where I needed to be—and with whom I needed too.
In the last six months, the ritual that has become so important for me is: My daily morning practice: morning sadhana Kundalini has been a life-changer for me lately. At night, cleansing the day away with a bath and self-massage with oils and drinking a night tea is pure bliss for me.
Here's how you can do it too: You can start in bed, deep breathing and connecting with every part of your body and sending it love. Also, a quick warm shower at night, no matter how tired you are, is the most purifying way to ease into bed. Find your favorite lavender oil and rub it into your body and jump in bed!
It helps me live my process because: It helps me to alchemize my day—to pause and to integrate each day with gratitude.
