Faye will guide you through her signature Facial Lymph Massage, a soothing technique designed to detoxify, de-puff, and sculpt the face while enhancing blood flow and reducing wrinkles. Her method focuses on calming inflammation and promoting skin tightening, leaving you glowing and rejuvenated. To elevate the experience, Faye offers her custom elixirs—Calm, Purify, or Happy—crafted to complement the lymphatic process.
Bonnie brings her one-of-a-kind Facial Fascia Flossing technique to the table, offering a deeper dive into the body’s connective tissue network. Her method releases tension, remodels facial fascia, and enhances circulation, improving skin texture, plumpness, and facial structure. Bonnie’s approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of the body, showing how fascia tightness in the torso, shoulders, or arms can directly impact the face. By combining fascia flossing with elements of Gua Sha, she helps flush toxins, support structural integrity, and optimize lymph flow for a fully integrated glow.
Together, Faye and Bonnie’s techniques create a seamless synergy. Faye’s elixirs and lymphatic massage amplify the detoxifying and sculpting effects of Bonnie’s fascia work, while Bonnie’s techniques prepare the fascia for deeper lymphatic benefits. BONNIE
A former professional ballerina, Bonnie developed The Floss to educate people on an often overlooked aspect of health - our fascial network. The fascia is the most foundational material in the body and forms a unified, ubiquitous system. Bonnie’s classes and private sessions blend lighthearted and approachable instruction with anatomical benefits. She helps people to transform their fascia, effectively reversing pain, sculpting tissues, stabilizing the nervous system, optimizing organ function, enhancing lymph flow, and resolving long-standing structural issues.
Fabric & Care
Our signature activewear NUPROCESS™ is a super soft, four-way stretch, sweat-wicking sport fabric designed to sculpt, support, and empower you as you move. It's comprised of 90% Supplex and 10% Lycra and is at once soft and strong, supportive and forgiving. This fabric is long lasting, maintaining its structure and hold over time.
Our knitwear is a natural regenerated cellulose fiber. This high-tech micro-rib is comparable to a silk without compromising strength. 30% Silk, 40% Tencel, 30% Polyester.
Ethically produced in our in our factory in Los Angeles, California. Machine wash cold.

Fit is our forte. Each of our styles has been fit at least ten times before production, and we’re constantly honing to perfection, taking customer and community feedback and incorporating it into our production cycle. Our longest standing styles have been perfected over the years in The Studio in New York to ensure the final product is the most supportive and flattering fit possible, in every size.
Sustainability
We're proud that much of our knitwear yarns are responsibly sourced, including ECOVERO™, recycled cashmere, recycled polyester, and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton. Our lightweight knits are crafted through the innovative Recycle to Upcycle initiative.
Our commitment extends to local production in our own factory in Los Angeles, California. Our nearby mill has modernized dye equipment and dryers, reducing water use by 50%, gas consumption by 45%, and chemical use by 30%.
Our activewear is meticulously crafted without microplastics, ensuring our garments do not release harmful particles into the environment or your bloodstream. We are committed to sustainability and well-being, offering activewear that supports a cleaner, safer world.
