Join us for “Inner Flow, Outer Glow”, an immersive experience designed to awaken vitality from within and enhance your natural radiance. This special event blends somatic movement, deep relaxation, and rejuvenating self-care to nourish both body and mind.
Led by Justine Pierre, we’ll begin with meditation and somatic movement, releasing tension, cultivating fluidity, and bringing awareness to the body’s innate rhythms. This grounding practice will prepare you to fully receive the benefits of the next phase—a Face Yoga workshop with Faye, where you’ll learn gentle yet powerful techniques to lift, sculpt, and revitalize your face through mindful movement and breath.
After Face Yoga, we’ll guide you through lymphatic activation techniques, helping to reduce puffiness, boost collagen production, and create a naturally lifted, glowing complexion. To further enhance your experience, each participant will receive one of three elixirs—Calm, Purify, or Cheer—along with a small vial of our handcrafted natural facial oil, made with almond, rose, and coconut oil (a non-scented option will also be available). We’ll close our journey with a refreshing cold water facial ice plunge, leaving you feeling invigorated, radiant, and deeply restored.
